Working arrangements to fit individual needs. Some of our IAs are happy to work night shifts, others need to work days. We will work with them and you to find a good fit.
We have seen an opportunity to create pay scales that exceed individual expectations without being excessive. Wages reflect qualification, skills, language ability.

We create peer huddle groups to connect our IAs together. Feeling part of something bigger than us is important to us all in order to feel we belong.
IAs who feel they belong to a community have more job satisfaction and stay in their roles longer. Job retention is a big issue in this sector. We are changing this. When you have a contented person that you can relate to there will be ownership in your business too.
We ensure we have regular line manager reviews in our IA community. This serves to highlight any personnel issues which we resolve quickly.
