An Instant Assistant is just a remote worker for your business. Through the internet, they could do anything for you as long as the job does not require any physical presence or interaction.

The set up cost is £500 and thereafter would cost around £800 per month depending on the role of the IA.
An equivalent UK cost to your business would be around £2800 per month. Monthly savings would be in the order of £2000 per month.
Our Instant Assistants can be full time (40 hours per week) or part time (from 5 hours per week upwards). An “on call” option could be made available depending on the role of the IA.
We will work hard to match your IA to your needs. If for some reason your IA isn’t to your standard or liking, we will work with you to find a replacement within two weeks free of charge.
Our company is registered in the Philippines and all our Instant Assistants are there too.
We only employ Instant Assistants who have passed the highest level of English assessment and have degrees from reputable universities so that there will be clear and unambiguous communication between you, your Instant Assistant and any of your contacts they may communicate with.
As your Instant Assistant is our employee, we pay all their benefits. This includes Welfare contributions and Sick Pay.
Your Instant Assistant remains our employee and is contracted to work for you.
As our company is all officially registered, all our Instant Assistants pay income tax, at source in the Philippines.
We encourage our clients to take multiple Instant Assistants. If one Instant Assistant works for your business it is highly likely that there are other areas of your business that will benefit too.
As such we offer discount packages for multiple Instant Assistants. This will usually be applied to the initial setup fee. First discounts will apply for 5 Instant Assistants or more.

All our internet services are secured with a VPN, however, we are expecting you to take reasonable measures to protect your own company’s data such as using a password dashboard or similar.

Our staff are all trained in GDPR and are regularly monitored by the care team.

All of our Instant Assistants have also signed Non-disclosure Agreements which covers any data or information that you, as our client, will provide.

There is no need for any insurance. Your Instant Assistant has employee rights as our employee. We will have an employment contract with our employee and a service contract with yourself.
Our Instant Assistants work in a different time zone to the UK, but their working hours will be tailored to your requirements. Most of our Instant Assistants work shifts in their time zone to meet the UK working time requirements.
We will take your IA through a training program to ensure they are up to the right standard in everything we have agreed with yourself in the initial discussions. This will cover all proprietary software packages and working standards. There may be some specialist software that you use or working practices particular to your business that will require additional training from your company.
All of our Instant Assistants are subscribed to an attendance and performance monitoring software to which we will give you access.
We aim to have your Instant Assistant working with you within 2 weeks of defining the requirements
